Following the sale of CP Cases Ltd., my role as a Non-Executive Director in the business has now reached a conclusion. After fully participating in the sale process I will be standing down at the end of July.
It has been a privilege to work with the CP team in the UK and USA on their journey for nearly eight years. The company has profitably grown turnover, embraced new technologies and improved processes and operational efficiencies. It’s a great business with fantastic people and innovative products. I am proud to have played my part in that.
Moving forward, I believe the team is well placed to succeed under their new ownership and has a secure future, with Global OEMs seeing the potential of the products designed and made by the company. I wish them all the best on the next phase of their journey.
